The Lord President appointed him for a period of 12 months. Robin will take up his appointment on 1 April 2020. He will also be appointed Auditor of the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Sheriff Appeal Court, effecFve from the same date. Robin is an experienced liFgator and solicitor advocate. He was a liFgaFon partner in Robson McLean WS and Brodies for more than 26 years and has more recently been pracFsing as a consultant with BTO solicitors. Robin is looking forward to his new role and to assisFng with the transiFon of the Auditor’s role in implementaFon of the recent court reforms.
